MEDICAL-X Simulator Warranty Policy
MEDICAL-X warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of shipment, unless a different warranty period is specified for a particular product in the product's documentation or on the MEDICAL-X website. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
What is Covered:
This warranty covers only defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
What is Not Covered (Exclusions):
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
- Natural disasters or other external causes.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact MEDICAL-X customer service within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
Our Obligation (Remedy):
MEDICAL-X will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product or part with a new or refurbished product or part.
Shipping Costs:
- The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to MEDICAL-X for warranty service.
- MEDICAL-X will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the repaired or replaced product to the purchaser.
Extended Warranty:
The warranty period for a product may be extended by purchasing a service package from MEDICAL-X.
