Custom Product Development
The Product You Need Doesn't Exist. Yet.
Anatomy Warehouse has 15 years of custom product development behind it. Branded models, bespoke simulators, custom kits built to curriculum.
If you can describe what you need, we can build it.
- Injection molding, 3D printing, silicone, resins, acrylics, silk screening, and more.
- From logo on an existing model to a product built from scratch.
- Pharma, medical device, device testing, higher education, healthcare providers, and government clients served.
Learn About Our Process for Custom Product Development
Discovery and Learning
- We meet with you to learn about your goals and vision.
- We learn about your budget, timeline, and needs.
Proposal
- Based on your goals and needs, we will submit a formal proposal for the work to be done.
- This includes a preliminary timeline, costs and deliverables.
Design & Development
- Once greenlit, your project will start coming to life through design.
- A prototype or pre-production sample is developed to ensure the final product is exactly what you want.
Final Approval
- After Design & Development are complete, you'll be asked to approve the product before we proceed with full-scale production.
Production
- Upon final approval, we kick off full-scale production.
- Packaging and shipment readiness complete this phase.
Delivery
- After production concludes, your order is shipped!
Build Exactly What You Need. For You.
Anatomy Warehouse will be hands-on the whole way during your custom product development. We use our curiosity, judgement, and experience to guide you through what's possible while keeping to your budget. The only surprise you'll get is how well your product turned out and the support you received along the way.
We Start by Listening.
Every project starts the same way. We meet with you, learn what you're trying to accomplish, and figure out what it's actually going to take. Budget, timeline, materials, scale. All of it on the table before anything else moves.
A Prototype Before Production.
You don't approve a concept. You approve a product. Every project includes a prototype or pre-production sample before full-scale production begins. What you see is what gets built.
We've Done This Before.
From branded canine knee models, a 3D printed transparent nasal cavity model, to spinal demonstration anatomy models. The range of what we build is wide. The process is the same every time.
