MEDICAL-X warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of shipment, unless a different warranty period is specified for a particular product in the product's documentation or on the MEDICAL-X website. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser This warranty covers only defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. MEDICAL-X will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product or part with a new or refurbished product or part. The warranty period for a product may be extended by purchasing a service package from MEDICAL-X.
