Warranty Information

Rudiger Anatomie
Warranty Period: 5 Years
Premium Quality and Dependability

Designed and produced entirely in Germany, Rudiger Anatomie is one of the leading manufacturers of anatomical models, skeletons models and wall charts. As a strong statement of quality, Rudiger Anatomie provides one of the longest warranty periods in the industry right from the moment you receive your new product, guaranteeing it will faithfully perform during the Five Year Warranty.

What the Warranty Covers

Rudiger Anatomie produces premiere skeletons and models, so don't expect a lot to go wrong with your new model. However, if something does, having selected a premier model, you can be confident the warranty has you covered.

  • If at any time during this warranty period your Rudiger Anatomie model does not live up to the guarantee of quality, the model will be repaired or replaced.
    • Please note: Extended lead times may apply if new units of the product are not in stock domestically. Replacements oftentimes must come directly from Germany.
  • Here is what's covered:
    • If your anatomical model breaks or significantly degrades from normal everyday use, defined as:
      • Display, disassembly, and reassembly of parts designed to be removed from the model.
      • Functionality, such as rotation or flexion, within the range of natural movement of the human body.
      • Indoor use without extreme exposure to UV light, heat or cold.
      • Care and storage in accordance with the Rudiger Anatomie Care and Maintenance Guide.
    • If your anatomical model does not perform as described.
  • If you lose a part or hardware, we will help you find a replacement (shipping costs may apply).

Warranty Limitations

Rudiger Anatomie builds products that are built to last a lifetime. Each product is versatile and a must-have for anyone who wants the best of the best. Since this product has so many uses, unfortunately, the warranty warranty does have a few limitations.

  • We cannot cover misuse, improper storage, mishandling, or mistreatment under warranty. Because we provide models for education, repurposing models for use outside of demonstration, such as mechanical testing, device validation, or other clinical applications outside of education, the warranty shall be voided. Examples include:
    • Dropping your anatomical model.
    • Improper cleaning or storage of your anatomical model.
    • Modifications to the product, such as markings, additional or negated hardware, drilling, cutting, or otherwise altering your anatomical model.
    • Excessive stress on functional parts, such as vertebral stress or joint over-extension.
  • Damage due to negligence, theft, property damage, or the like are not covered by the Rudiger Anatomie warranty.
  • Anatomical charts are not covered by the Rudiger Anatomie Five Year Warranty.
  • While we will always be here to support you, we cannot provide customers with a return label for any products shipped to a location outside of the United States.
