Description
A series of techniques such as confirmation of injection site, insertion of a hypodermic needle and injection of medicine are possible with this model. The pressurized blood vessel can be palpated, and needle insertion is incredibly realistic with the high-quality silicone used throughout the model. The blood vessel tube is durable enough to be used in numerous practice injections.
This durable intravenous model teaches students injection and drug administration. Easy clean-up and exchange of skin and veins make it ideal for basic training.
Arm measures 23.5 x 3.5 x 26.5 inches and weighs 4.4 pounds. Stand measures 23.6 x 6.3 x 26.5 inches and weighs 3.3 pounds. The storage case, which is included, measures 26.5 x 11.8 x 8.3 inches and weighs approximately 8.8 pounds.
