Integrated Hemorrhage Control and Trauma

MARCH-X comes equipped with the HEMORRHAGE-X3 bleeding simulation pump, ensuring every training session includes realistic hemorrhage control scenarios. The manikin features a variety of bleeding wounds, with independent connections for each wound.

• The HEMORRHAGE-X3 pump allows trainers to control three independent bleeding outputs remotely via a web-based panel.
• Trainers can simulate arterial and venous bleeding patterns and adjust flow rate and pulse rate for each wound.
• Sensors detect pressure applied for accurate feedback on hemorrhage control techniques (tourniquet application, wound packing, or direct pressure).

The torso and limbs come pre-configured with several wounds, including an entrance gunshot wound on the chest/abdomen, entrance/exit gunshot wounds on the right arm and right leg, and laceration wounds on the left arm and left leg.

• Airway: Supports TCCC/TECC protocols, including airway maneuvers (head tilt, chin lift, jaw thrust). Allows placement of oropharyngeal/nasopharyngeal airways, Laryngeal Mask Airway, orotracheal, nasotracheal, and fiberoptic intubation. Includes needle and surgical cricothyrotomy.
• Breathing: Supports Bag-Valve-Mask (BVM) ventilation with chest rise and fall. Allows for bilateral needle decompression for pneumothorax and chest seal placement.
• Circulation & Access: Compatibility with tourniquet application on arms and legs. IO access can be performed on the tibia, sternum, and shoulder.
• Hypothermia Prevention: Designed to manage casualty care scenarios requiring full implementation of the MARCH protocol.
