This mechanical upgrade kit provides you with new functions without having to buy a brand-new task trainer.
- Upgraded Neck System
- A brand-new neck will be included in this kit that allows for improved airway positioning, jaw thrust, and jaw lift.
- The airway positioning now supports two positions
- Anterior
- Posterior
- The improved jaw, tongue, and epiglottis allow for natural movement during a jaw thrust and jaw lift maneuver.
- Upgrade Airway System
- A brand-new standard airway that now includes mechanical loops that can close/open the vocal cords to mimic variations in anatomy.
- Vocal cords can be squeezed/loosened to add complexity to your assessment of performing different airway management techniques for the best possible outcomes.
What's Included In This Upgrade Kit
- 1 x Upgraded neck module
- A screw on the back is added to lift or lower the airway module.
- 1 x Upgraded standard airway module
- 4 loops are integrated with the airway module to close or open the airway passage.
- Jaw thrust and lift can be performed more naturally.
- Teeth can be damaged/removed from improper insertion.

WARRANTY POLICY

UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY (First 6 Months):
For the initial 6 months from the date of purchase, we offer an 'Unconditional Warranty' in addition to our standard limited warranty. This unique warranty covers accidental damage, and we commit to repairing or replacing parts affected by such damage. During this period, customers are only responsible for one-way shipping fees if a repair is needed. If a new part is required without returning the damaged part, customers cover the shipping from us to them.
STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY (After 6 Months):
Following the initial 6 months, our standard limited warranty comes into effect, providing coverage for a total of 2 years from the date of product purchase. This warranty ensures that the product will be free from manufacturing defects throughout the specified period. If the product is found to be defective, we, at our sole discretion, agree to repair or replace it at no cost to the customer. Please note that the standard limited warranty excludes damages caused accidentally, maliciously, or by usage not in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Repairs for any such damages will be chargeable.
Warranties cover both 3D-printed parts and silicone elements of the product. To be eligible for the warranty, you must provide us with the valid product code or purchase receipt/invoice. For certain parts, we may require you to ship them back to us; we will notify you upon receiving information about the damaged element. Please note that consumables are not covered by the warranty.

REFUNDS:
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund which will equate to the purchase price less a 15% re?stocking fee. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Please note that if the product is damaged or the return is initiated after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
