Description
A 75-Inch Window Into the Human Body
The Medical-X Anatomy Table puts a 75-inch 4K UHD touchscreen on a motorized stand that rotates from fully upright to flat, so your class can gather around it like a dissection table and explore anatomy hands-on. It comes loaded with Athena Hub, which pairs a 3D human atlas of more than 2,500 labeled structures with a virtual cadaver built from 1,878 photographed cross-sections of a donated human body. Radiology, cytology, photorealism, and veterinary modules round it out, so one device covers ground that usually takes a whole lab. Request a quote today and see how much your program can teach from a single screen.
Dissect, Scan, and Study Without a Scalpel
The Medical-X Anatomy Table is built for programs that teach gross anatomy, radiology, and cell biology and want every student to get hands-on time with the material. Students peel away skin, muscle, organs, and bone layer by layer, then move into cross-sectional views to connect surface landmarks with deep structures across 12 body systems and 9 regions. The radiology workstation builds image-interpretation skills across CT, MRI, and X-ray with multiplanar reconstruction, window and contrast adjustment, and 3D volume rendering, using the included DICOM studies or your own scans. Cytology animations cover membrane transport from simple diffusion to the sodium-potassium pump, and the veterinary atlas supports comparative anatomy across eight species, from canine and equine to avian and frog.
Every Student Gets a Front-Row Seat
Cadaver access is limited, preserved specimens are expensive to maintain, and a crowded lab table means some students see far more than others. Programs have been asked to settle for that for too long. The Anatomy Table gives everyone in the room the same clear view, and lets you repeat a dissection as many times as your class needs.
- Medical schools and universities: Supplement cadaver labs with a virtual cadaver that can be cut, re-cut, and reset between sessions, with 211 segmented structures across seven systems.
- Nursing, technical, and allied health programs: Teach systemic and regional anatomy with structure names in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Latin.
- Veterinary schools and clinics: Study eight fully labeled species and review animal CT, MRI, and ultrasound in the same workspace.
- Hospitals and surgical teams: Walk through pre- and post-surgical plans, run case reviews on patient imaging, and help patients understand their own scans.
- Students: Build visual recall before practicals and work through hundreds of normal and pathological clinical cases before the first patient encounter.
One shared table can also reduce the number of separate software licenses your department maintains and cut ongoing specimen costs.
Built Around the Way You Teach
- Mosaic view: Open the atlas, virtual cadaver, radiology images, and histology slides side by side on one screen to compare structure and pathology in real time.
- Workspaces: Save any session exactly where you left off, organize it by system or region, and export it to share with other Athena Hub users.
- Annotation and measurement tools: Draw with the included smart pen or any Microsoft Ink stylus, and add lines, arrows, angles, areas, and Hounsfield values directly on images and 3D models.
- Reports and exports: Generate PDF or DOC reports with automatic annotations, headers, and footnotes, ready to print or share with students.
- User profiles: Separate logins keep each instructor's classes, studies, and projects organized on a shared device.
