This opaque X-Ray phantom lower leg and foot model gives the unique opportunity to take many x-ray images of a single body part. Erler-Zimmer Phantom include real human bones and allow students to take real x-ray images. The model is not only perfect for schools and education, it assists and benefits medical technicians as the same bone can be X-rayed and studied with no patient safety risked. The bones are embedded in plastic which is coated with opaque color to hide the inner structures. Erler-Zimmer Phantom models are handmade, and contain real human bones so each model is unique. Each model will slightly differ in size and shape, and due to production technology, there may be some discoloring and possible cracks inside the phantom. This phantom is only sold against a proof of medical use.
