Human skull, safely embedded in plastic for easy use. Erler Zimmer has embedded a real human skull in opaque plastic. This opaque phantom model includes a real human skull and tolerates taking multiple real x-ray images. The model is not only perfect for schools and education, it assists and benefits medical technicians as the head can be X-rayed and studied with no risk to the patient. Erler-Zimmer Phantom models are handmade, and contain real human bones so each model is unique. Each model will slightly differ in size and shape, and due to production technology, there may be some discoloring and possible cracks inside the phantom. The jaws are slightly open to allow dental panoramic images of the teeth. An embedded tread allows the use with a tripod. This phantom is only sold against a proof of medical use.
