These charges are dictated by the recipient country’s government at the time of import and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Remittance for taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage, or other fees associated with importing are paid directly to the carrier, typically, FedEx. Failure to remit the required fees to FedEx will result in your order being returned to the United States. We will assess a 25% Restocking Fee for any product(s) returned to the United States without prior authorization, or failure to remit fees to the carrier. No refund for shipping costs paid to Anatomy Warehouse will be refunded.
