Q & A

Q: Can the arms and legs be removed from the model?
A: Both arms are removable (and have parts that remove from the arm, as well), but both legs are fixed to the model. The head is also removable, and dissects into 2 parts and includes a half brain.

Q: Does this model come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all Axis Scientific models come with a 1 year warranty.

Q: Can the model be removed from the base?
A: Yes, this model can be removed from the base. Simply lift it from the base and the support pole will slide out, freeing the model. We recommend you keep the model on the base as much as possible, as the model cannot stand without the support pole or base.

Q: This model is a bit out of my price range. Do you carry something that shows just the outer muscles of the body?

A: Yes, if you are looking for a model that is bit more basic and less expensive, please look at the Axis Miniature Human Muscular Figure .

Q: Can the brain be removed on this model?

A: Yes, you can remove the brain from the skull. Once removed, it can be dissected into two parts.

Q: How tall is "half life size"?

    WHOA!

Posted by Charlie D on Sep 3rd 2018

This is such a quality, detailed, and intricate model that I am not sure giving a review will do it justice. Though its not full size, its definitely as robust and intricate as a full size muscular model. Worth the money!

    Wow

Posted by Brad on May 2nd 2017

The details in each piece are amazing. Never expected something like that. The pieces are easy to get off and the manual makes it easy to figure out what they are. I hope the kids are going to love it as much as I do.

    Muscle Up

Posted by Gabriel L on Apr 14th 2017

This muscular figure is used for the student athletes at our school. During PE3 the students learn the muscular make up of the human body and how to train safely for their sport and overall wellbeing.

    Very good for students!

This helped my students learn the muscular system much faster, and better than they would have through books. Great piece.
