Meet the Team: Stuart Foster

Apr 9th 2025 Anatomy Warehouse

MEET THE TEAM: Stuart Foster, Director of Marketing

Anatomy Warehouse: Can you tell me about your role as the new Director of Marketing?

SF: Hey there! As Marketing Director at Anatomy Warehouse, I get to be our brand’s creative leader. I love diving into storytelling that shows how our products make a difference in medical education. One way I do this is to craft messages that resonate with healthcare educators. It’s all about bringing fresh ideas to life. The most rewarding part for me is turning complex anatomical products into “aha!” moments for our customers.

AW: What do you like most about working at Anatomy Warehouse?

SF: I love that we carry a wide variety of products, and they are all physical tools existing in a digital world. We provide a truly tactile experience, which is a “must” in this industry. The patient will be a real person, he or she won’t exist on a screen. It’s all about touch and feel. Our high-fidelity manikins are interesting, they feature aspects you don’t think about. They offer a full range of responses, reacting when the student does this method right, or that treatment wrong. This is so valuable for training. Our custom products are also cool – we are finding new and exciting ways to demonstrate certain concepts and training applications. I believe strongly in helping people, and our products can help everyone in healthcare.

AW: OK, and what is your favorite product?

SF: The Axis Scientific 3x Life-Size 3-Part human Heart. I’ve had a lot of experience with hearts (both figuratively and literally!), and this model really stands out. Its details and enlarged size make it an incredible tool for understanding the complexities of the heart’s anatomy and function.

AW: Where did you grow up?

SF: York, ME, a small resort town just over the Maine border. I've cooked a lot of lobsters...

AW: What's a fun fact about you?

SF: I walk for an hour and a half every morning on my treadmill. I am very much looking forward to warmer weather so I can go back outside! My dog Max & son Charlie will then become regular fixtures of this walk.
