Description

Axis Scientific built this human skull model mounted on a flexible cervical spine. Crafted this skull from a hard and durable plastic, it is an exceptional depiction of a human skull, perfect for students, instructors and health practitioners.

Axis Scientific integrated the skull on a flexible cervical spine that can be easily moved to resemble the natural, or problematic positioning of the head and neck. The skull's fissures, foramina, processes, sutures are all accurately represented. The model also shows the hindbrain, vertebral arteries, basilar artery and rear cerebral arteries. This skull is mounted on a sturdy white base that measures 5 ½";X 7 ½";.

All Axis Scientific products are covered by a 3-year warranty, and our expert support team is here for you throughout the life of your Axis product.

Axis Scientific has carefully designed a line of quality models and products that provide tremendous value for an affordable price. Axis Scientific wants to be your perfect go-to guide for both medical students and educators alike.

The model measures approximately 13" in height and weighs 3lbs.

    Great!

Posted by Patrick Gray on Jul 3rd 2020

The molding is not hollow, it is solid, and feels great. I bought it to study the skull for portrait painting. You can remove the skull from the stand so that it is separate from the spine. Excellent! I am pleased.. it’s fascinating to study.

    Thanks COVID, ya jerk

Purchased because my access to the school anatomy lab was impacted by the Coronavirus Pandemic. There are a few models available by this brand, but this was in my budget and turned out to be surprisingly well built for the money.
