MEET THE TEAM: Lisa Cipriani, Support Associate
Anatomy Warehouse: What department do you work in?
Lisa Cipriani: Customer Relations Team
AW: Tell me about your client relations role at Anatomy Warehouse.
LC: I like to think of myself as an advocate for our customers. Good customer service is hard to come by today, and I'm proud of the fact that we employ human beings to serve as the first point of contact when someone needs assistance.
AW: What do you like most about working at Anatomy Warehouse?
LC: I enjoy the company culture and like knowing that I work among a group of people that I can depend on.
AW: And that’s saying a lot, right? You’ve worked in many different industries.
LC: Yeah, I owned a vintage clothing store, and I’ve worked in the hair industry. Not a lot of people know that I am also a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, so I do have a background in healthcare.
AW: So with a healthcare background, what would you say is your favorite product here?

AW: So with all the places you’ve owned and worked at, you’ve kind of landed here.
LC: That’s true. I enjoy problem solving. I like knowing I can make someone’s day better, even if it’s in a small way.
