Marketing Associate - Full Time (Onsite)

Core Responsibilities:

 

-- Product content development, for both existing and future products (influencing photography style, developing great product copy, launching new products, developing advertising strategies to kick start new product sales, making videos, and so much more!).
-- Search engine optimization (landing page development, category merchandising and content, meta content, alt tag optimization).
-- Affiliate management (targeting and acquisition, management, and growth of affiliate partners).
-- Social media and email marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok).
-- Reporting and analytics (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting of core eCommerce and Marketplace KPIs).
-- Working with Google Analytics and other third-party analytics software to optimize the conversion funnel.

-- Identifying and developing customer segments and tailoring marketing messages, product launches, and loyalty programs to core client segments.

Finance Admin / Bookkeeper - Full Time

Core Responsibilities: 

  

-- Customer invoicing and electronic payment processing
-- Accounts Receivable, credit and collections management (including chargebacks)
-- Process customer and vendor applications and paperwork

-- Review and manage the monthly Accounts Payable process

-- Review and approve customer Purchase Orders

-- Download monthly banking and credit card transactions

-- Quarterly balance sheet reconciliation
-- Monthly reporting on credit card and related selling fees

-- Quarterly financial reports and QuickBooks entries

-- Monthly Sales Tax reporting

-- Freight claim processing and freight cost reviews

  

Key Skills and Characteristics: 

  

-- Highly organized and detail-oriented (follow through is key in this position)
-- Computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-- 1-3 years’ experience in Accounting, Accounts Receiving and/or Accounts Payable

-- QuickBooks experience a plus
-- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

Sales and Customer Support - Full Time (Onsite)

Core Responsibilities:

 

-- Deliver genuinely excellent customer service via phone, Live Chat, and email.

-- Assist customers with finding the right product for their needs.

-- Order management and follow through to make sure customers get what they need when they need it.

-- Fielding, analyzing, and submitting pricing proposals to clients.
-- Managing pending and submitted pricing proposals in our sales management tools.
-- Following up on submitted pricing proposals as needed.

 

Key Skills and Characteristics:

 

-- Customer-centric decision-making in all aspects of the business. Deliver the kind of service you expect in your own shopping experiences.
-- Experience with Order/Customer Management software. Your ability to quickly grasp the flow of our various systems is paramount. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM, while not required, is preferred.
-- Working in an eCommerce environment, where technology, products, customers and priorities can shift quickly.
-- Excellent written and communication skills.

Shipping & Receiving Specialist - Full Time (Onsite)

Core Responsibilities:

 

-- Receiving/inspecting inbound shipments and product returns.
-- Light Order Fulfillment through an Order Management system. This entails printing shipping labels and packing slips, picking and packing product safely and accurately.
-- Inventory and Supply management.
-- Creating product kits with various product components.
-- Product repairs and sending replacement parts to customers as-needed.

 

Key Skills and Characteristics:


-- Ability to lift 40 pounds and comfortable going up and down stairs.
-- Light office and computer work.
-- Taking packages to UPS, FedEx or USPS at the end of the day.
-- Making trips to our warehouse out in Elgin, IL (about one hour from our office)

-- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-- Strong verbal communication skills.
-- Some experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (strongly preferred).
-- Handy with tools and solid problem-solving skills.
-- Growth potential and an appetite to learn.
-- Reliable personal transportation to drop packages off at the end of the day.
