    Detailed Skin Cross Section

    This model is highly detailed and well painted. I use it in a hands-on high school anatomy lab to help students practice skin anatomy terms. Two of the hairs broke off the day I received the model. I'm not sure if they broke off during shipping or when I allowed my young son to unwrap the package. The packaging did seem very well done and protective, so the breakage may have been my fault. Whatever the case, be careful with the hairs.
