Created for use in the Leopard Challenge for police officers, this manikin utilizes the large body style and softer arms parts so that handcuffing behind the back is possible. Patterned after the Rescue Randy Combat Challenge manikin, this unit also weighs 165 lbs. (75 Kgs). Shorts are included.

Dimensions: 55 in. x 27 in. x 13 in.
