This simulator allows users to experience and practice a series of catheterization and enema techniques. The high-grade silicone used in KOKEN models gives this model an incredibly life-like look and feel. Successful insertion of the catheter will allow "urine" (water) to flow from the simulator.

The model features a soft, stretchable material to ensure the most life-like training simulation possible. The simulator is life-size for an average male adult, and can demonstrate the techniques required for a glycerin enema. The model is shaped to imitate the bending of the scrotal-angled portion of the urethral canal and the bulbar urethra, making improper insertion of the catheter difficult, showing students that they need to properly handle the penis. Thanks to the realistic material, the model will allow users to practice proper disinfection techniques, including peeling of the foreskin, as well as proper insertion, fixing, and removal of a catheter.

The main body of the simulator can be removed to display the transparent urethral canal and bladder. This allows instructors to check the insertion quality of the catheter and provide valuable feedback to students. By exchanging the prostate, urethral stricture due to hypertrophy can be demonstrated. The glycerin enema technique can be practiced with the included enema tool, which is inserted through the anus to the rectum.
